A massage session should always address the needs of the client. I do not believe that restricting a session to one type of work is the best way to address the ailments of my clients. Every session is going to involve various techniques from different types of bodywork with the objective of promoting greater movement and control of movement. Many theories suggest signals through our nervous system to our brain are responsible for the power of reflexology. Benefits from reflexology may include the reduction of stress which can help with many other ailments.
Sports Massage is a great addition to the training program of athletes at all levels. It may maintain the body in good condition, improve performance, help prevent injuries, and restore loss of mobility following injury.
